Participation in the competition
All participants must first be a member of the USA Yoga Federation. Please click on the link below and register with them before August 25, 2011. The cost to join is $25, which goes towards the national and international Bishnu Ghosh Yoga Expo in Los Angeles in February of each year. In addition, there is a $25 Competitor fee collected on the day of the competition.
Once you complete registration, you will need to read and complete an Entry Form and the Waiver & Release of Liability Form. You should also read and be familiar with the Rules, Regulations and Guidelines for the competition in which you will find tips and information about what the judges are looking for in each contestant and performance.
